Hector Garcia Godoy, 44, a lawyer and diplomat shown in Santo Domingo last month, will preside over provisional government of the Dominican Republic. Garcia Godoy made the announcement today in Santo Domingo. Formation of the provisional regime to govern the country for the next nine months he said, will be announced probably by the end of the week.
