Refusing to answer queries from newsmen outside her home, Mrs.H.R. Haldeman has a smile for them as she closes her car window to drive away from their District of Columbia house. Her husband, President Nixon's former Chief of Staff, has resigned that post in the light of some disclosures connected with the bugging of Democratic National Committee headquarters during the Presidential campaign last year.
