Lebanese Foreign Minister Georges Hakim speaks to the General Assembly here today. He said that a withdrawal of Israeli forces from occupies positions could bring peaceful conditions "guaranteeing the renunciation of the use of force and the security of all states in the region." Lebanon ruled out recognition of Israel or negotiations with it.
