1971 Press Photo Senator Guste & others discuss Senate Reapportionment Bill

Senator William J. Guste, Jr., of Orleans Parish takes to task an amendment to the Senate Reapportionment Bill introduced by Jefferson Parish Senator Jules G. Mollere (center) since it would realign both his and Senator Olaf J. Fink (holding map of Orleans Parish). This amendment failed but one which would help Senator Fink was later added to the original bill which passed.
