Description
Grapes of Rhine River vineyards are dumped into a vat at Eltville, Germany where sorters will select high quality berries infected with "noble rot" for separate pressing. The mysterious rot reappeared in the vineyards and growers are delighted. To them, the fungus signals great wine.
