Former Senator Ed Gurney raises his hand to make room in an effort to cross the street for lunch as the trial took an afternoon recess. Jury selection is to take place for the rest of the day when court resumes this afternoon. Gurney once again had no comment for newsmen and remained silent and solemn faced.
