Julie Gulliver, 23-year-old singer who was Dr. Stephen Ward's daily companion during the vice trial in London, told newsmen today she would disclose names of people so far unmentioned should the osteopath die. Ward, whom jury found guilty of vice charges at London trial, has been in coma since Wednesday from an overdose of drugs. He is said to be near death. This is 1963 photo.
