Mr. and Mrs. Nick A. Giannaris today as they faced newsmen at Texas Children's Hospital at Houston and talked about their daughter, Maria, and the heart transplant she received. Maria, a 5-year-old, received the heart of an 11-year-old boy early Sunday morning. She became the second child recipient of a transplant.
