President Johnson shakes hands with four-year-old Warren Eckstein during a White House ceremony today in which his father was sworn-in as a new member of the Council of Economic Advisers. Johnson told Warren that he had a pretty fancy coat and wanted to know if the boy would lend it to him. The boy said "no." At left is Warren's father, Otto Eckstein, a Harvard University professor.
