Senator J. William Fulbright, D-AR, filed for re-election today and said President Johnson ran a "grave risk" of losing the Democratic presidential nomination this year if he doesn't modify his Vietnam stand. Fulbright, who is seeking a fifth term, declined to say whether he supported President Johnson for the nomination, but said he would support the convention's nominee.
