Senator William Fulbright, D-AR, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, talks to reporters today at a news conference. Fulbright called the conference to protest that Vice President Richard Nixon is now deliberately trying to deceive the American people on the eve of the "election" by trying to "raise a suspicion" that Senator John Kennedy, the Democratic candidate, is "soft on communism."
