White House Chief of Staff Alexander M. Haig leaves U.S. District Court in Washington Wednesday followed by Leonard Garment, a White House attorney. Haig told U.S. District Judge John J. Sirica that President Nixon was very disturbed at hearing three weeks ago that 18 minutes of a subpoenaed Watergate tape had been obliterated.
