Senator Ed Gurney seems to be smiling a little (top) as he pushes a cushion towards the head of WCKT-TV reporter Brian Ross after a conference Friday morning, on tourism and the energy crisis. In bottom photo Gurney (R-FL) uses his cushion on Ross as he gets to his car. Newsmen were trying to question Gurney on his indictment.
