Description
New multi-million-dollar plant of Colgate Palmolive-Peet is a white island in flooded Armourdale district here after the Kaw River topped its dikes. Over 100 members of the soap company staff are living in the plant, some may be seen on top. At lower left is a flooded school in inundated residential district.
