1974 Press Photo Energy Conference with 13 nations attending in Washingon

Delegates from thirteen nations attend an energy conference Monday in Washington. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, seated center rear, is representing the host country, the United States. Delegates from Norway, Japan, Canada, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Luxemborg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Germany are in attendance at the conference in an effort to form a common approach to the worldwide fuel problems.
