Supreme Court Justice-designate Arthur J. Goldberg poses with his family today after his arrival back in Washington from Chicago. Posing together at nearby Andrews Air Force Base are, from left: Mrs.Arthur Goldberg; Goldberg; Mrs. Esther Kurgans, Mrs. Goldberg's mother and the Goldberg's son, Robert, 21. It was the first time they have been together since his appointment by President Kennedy.
