1962 Press Photo Bernard Goldfine, shown with his attorney, released on parole

Bernard Goldfine, foreground, 71, Boston industrialist imprisoned for income tax evasion, leaves a U.S. Public Health Service Hospital on New York's Staten Island today after being released on parole. At left is his attorney, Abraham Pomeranz. The government announced Goldfine was parole on condition that he report to a private hospital or convalescent home. He had served eight and half months of a year and a day sentence.
