Peronist leader Andres Framini, who became governor-elect of Buenos Aires province in upset victory in Sunday Argentina elections waves a finger as he held a press conference in the Argintine capital today. Framini could lose his elected office, the next most powerful after his presidency in the the country, as a result of action by President Frondizi to bar Peronists from offices to which they were elected. Portraits of former dictator Juan Peron and his late wife, Evita, hang on wall behind him.
