1961 Press Photo Anne Ford displays the Dior gown she will wear at debut in MI

Anne Ford, 18-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ford II, displays the Dior gown she will wear Monday night at a dinner preceding her debut in suburban Grosse Pointe, Michigan. The gown she will wear at the debut is being kept a secret. Fashioned of silk peau de soie in a shade of lime sherbet, it features a bodice, fashioned in an over-blouse with round neckline in front and a scoop neckline in back. The skirt is bell-shaped, floor-length in back just reaching the vamp of the foot in front.
