Delbert Harmon Garmon, Jr.,right, is escorted back to jail by an unidentified deputy U.S. Marshal after being sentenced in Federal Court in Dallas today. The 26-year-old Wichita Falls, Texas man was sentenced to a total of six years in prison for kidnapping an Oklahoma farmer and violating the Federal firearms laws.
