Mrs. Wayne Fullam of Chattanooga, Tennessee, state coordinator for the National League of Families of Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia, announced Monday that all activity will halt in Tennessee at 3:15 p.m. Good Friday, April 9, to show the Vietnamese Communists the American people's concern for prisoners of war.
