Arthur Goldberg, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, smilingly talks at a press conference in London tonight shortly before his scheduled appearance for an interview abut the war in Vietnam over the British Broadcasting Corporation's (BBC) system. Goldberg walked out of the BBC studio after waiting to on on the air for some time. A U.S. embassy spokesman said Goldberg got fed up with waiting while the studio ran a film about musical rats. "The rats were the last straw," the spokesman declared.
