Michel Gauvin, head of the Canadian truce team in Vietnam, Sunday said that fighting has intensified in some areas of Vietnam since the cease-fire. In an interview in Saigon, the 53-year-old Canadian said that violations had been committed on both sides, but he implied that most of the guilt lay with the Communists.
