Mrs. Barbara Garson, 25, above is the author of a satire about American government, "Macbird!" which opened last night in New York's Greenwich Village. Mrs. Garson, a former student at the University of California in Berkeley, borrows from Shakespeare's "Macbeth" for her basic, thin-veiled lampoon.
