Bill Moniz of Gustine, California, shows off his frog "Ex-Lax" Sunday after winning the Calaveras County Jumping Frog Jubilee at Angels Camp, California with a jump of 17 feet, 6 3/4 inches. The record is 19 feet, 3 1/8 inches, set in 1966. Moniz also won the contest in 1971.
