Jimmy Edmondson, right, 12-year-old-son of Governor J. Howard Edmondson, dances menacingly around Highway Patrol Lt. Bill Fisher outside the mansion at Oklahoma City today. The protesting Fisher, driver for the governor, already is a "victim" of Jimmy's right-left combination. He suffered two broken ribs during recent sparring sessions with the lad. Fisher thought the pains in his right side were caused by pleurisy until an examination showed fractures.
