Vice-President Richard Nixon welcomes Hiram Fong, Hawaii's Republican senator-elect, and his wife today at National Airport. Fong, first person of Chinese descent to be elected to the Senate, will be sworn in tomorrow. Swearing in ceremonies also will include two other members of Congress from the 50th state--Senator-elect Oren E. Long and Rep.-elect Daniel K. Ineuye, both Democrats.
