Lt. Louis Font of Kansas City, Missouri, tells a Washington news conference today he's asked a military court to ban what he calls restrictions on his freedom of speech and stop court martial proceedings. The West Point graduate, who requested discharge on objection to the Vietnam War, traced the charges to his making public conditions in barracks at Fort Meade, Maryland. At right is Rep. Parren J. Mitchell, D-MD.
