Mark Ethridge, Jr., editor of the Detroit Free Press, says the United States could get out of Vietnam if it would heed a report from a special congress of the National Liberation Front (Viet Cong). He said the NLF report envisions the reunification of North and South Vietnam, as did the Geneva agreements, but does so on the basis of uniting two equal halves.
