Description
Richard Ellis of Pampa, Texas, formerly of Shreveport, left, won the Louisiana Open Golf Tournament which ended Friday at Shreveport. Terry Peddy of Ruston, right, was amateur champion. Ellis carded a final round three-under-par 69 to win by three strokes and Peddy took his class by one stroke after a final round 71. (Story on page 2).
