1973 Press Photo The Schwarz's have no fuel for warmth in their duplex

Huddling together for warmth in their small Novi, Michigan duplex home are Debbie Schwarz and her husband Douglas. They ran out of heating oil earlier in the week as the national energy crunch began to be felt. They moved into the home last January but because it was vacant all during 1972 they have no fuel. Retailers receive only enough oil to handle customers they had in 1972 because of a fuel allocation order issued last month.
