Paul A. Freund of the Harvard Law School and Myra Wolfgang of the Hotel and Restaurant Employees Union are witnesses today before the Senate Judiciary Committee during hearings on a proposed constitutional amendment guaranteeing equal rights for women. Freund said the House passed amendment simply ignores the facts of life. Mrs. Wolfgang of Detroit, termed the legislation undemocratic.
