Description
While neighborhood children gather around to watch, Wayne Frankforther, 75, repairs a lawnmower outside his Miami home. He moved into the neighborhood in 1946 and now he and one other family are the only whites left. Frankforther said he had not intention of leaving and spends his time helping his neighbors.
