Dr. Hugh L. Dryden, Director of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, answers a question today as he testifies before the Senate Space Committee. Dr. Dryden was the target of sharp questions from Chairman Lyndon Johnson (D-TX) as he agreed that numerous changes would improve the original bill to set up a civilian space agency.
