Estelle, Director of the Texas Department of Correction, addresses newsmen Saturday morning and informs them that his men will take no offensive action against the armed inmates holding 11 hostages at the Huntsville State Prison. Estelle also went on to say some inmates had volunteered to take the hostages places.
