Country music singer, Donna Fargo will present awards to Tennessee writers and photographers December 9 at the meeting of the Tennessee Associated Press Executive News Council. Miss Fargo is this year's winner of country music's best single "The Happiest Girl in the USA." The annual meeting will be held at the Hilton Airport Inn in Nashville.
