Former Baltimore County administrative officer William Fornoff was named as an unindicted co-conspirator Thursday in a federal grand jury indictment returned against Baltimore County Executive Dale Anderson. Anderson is alleged to have conspired with Fornoff to receive illegal payments from consultants. Fornoff earlier pleaded guilty to a tax charge involving transmission of money.
