the Most Reverend Amleto Giovanni Cicognani, Apostolic delegate to the United States, carrying the Monstrance containing the Blessed Sacrament heads the Liturgical procession of prelates and priests to the Eucharistic Temple in the Minnesota State Fair Grounds. There the climactic event of the Ninth National Eucharistic Congress concluded with the Benediction.
