1975 Press Photo Dr. Edelin ask his death of a fetus conviction be overturned

Dr. Kenneth C. Edelin, the Boston obstetrician convicted of manslaughter in the death of an aborted fetus, goes back to court in Boston Wednesday to ask that his conviction be overturned. He claims his conviction went against the weight of the evidence.
