1969 Press Photo Nathan Fink seeks court order to prevent plane hijacking

Nathan Fink, a Boston attorney goes over papers after filing petition in Superior Court to order Northeast Airlines to examine passengers for concealed weapons to prevent a possible hijacking. Fink, who has homes in Boston and Miami Beach, plans a flight south March 14. By coincidence there was another plane hijacking to Cuba today, a National Airlines craft.
