Robert L. Finkbine, left, of Scottsdale, AR, talks with his attorney Howard Leibow following a hearing today in Superior Court on an appeal for Mrs. Finkbine to have an abortion. The Finkbines and a Phoenix, AR hospital have filed suit against the State Attorney General and County Attorney to obtain legal sanction for the operation. Arizona law forbids abortion except where the mother's life is in danger.
