Police carry Roy Fair, 40, from Bronx apartment building in a restraining "body bag" today after Fair let loose with an hour-long barrage of about 100 rifle shots before being subdued. No one was hit by the bullets despite the big crowd of spectators and 100 policemen who converged on the building. Shots and anti-Communist screams were hurled from the fifth floor window of Fair's apartment before police broke in. He was taken to Fordham Hospital for mental observation.
