Sailing fans, Bill and Christine Felder on Lake Pontchartrain --- Cat-Sailing on Lake Pontchartrain -- Bill and Christine Felder took advantage of the good weather yesterday by sailing in Lake Pontchartrain. The Felders from River Ridge, Louisiana, launch their Hobie Cat Sailboat at the public boat launch at Breakwater Drive at West End. Bill Felder seem to be relaxing while his wife, Christine takes controls as they sail to the north part of the lake. In the background is building that line Causeway Boulevard in Metairie.
