Washington, October 18 - Cosmonauts welcomed - Soviet Cosmonauts Vitaly Sevastyanov, left, and Major General Andrian Nikolayev receive flowers from children from the Soviet Embassy on arrival in Washington from New York tonight. The cosmonauts, who hold the endurance record of 18 days in space for their flight last June in Soyuz-9, are in the U.S. on a 10-day goodwill tour sponsored by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
