Darryl F. Zanuck, storm center of the corporate battle of 20th Century-Fox Film Corporation, puffs on a cigar in the Playhouse Theater of Wilmington, Delaware, duPont Hotel Tuesday during the annual shareholders meeting of the company. A dissident group, organized as the "Stockholders Protective Committee," was seeking to get enough shares to take over board of directors. Zanuck still was board chairman after having been deposed as chief executive officer last month.
