New Paltz, New York- Peyer Okongo Ndiege, 16, a native of Kenya now studying at the Campus School of the State Teachers College at New Paltz, New York, smiles happily when he is reminded that he looks like his brother. His brother is Tom Mboya, the prominent Nationalist leader of Kenya. Peyer hasn't made up his mind yet about his career. It's a toss-up between lawyer and doctor. His big brother would like him to choose medicine, since there are only eight African doctors in Kenya to serve six million people.
