1975 Press Photo Ronald Reagan and wife Nancy arrive in Miami, Florida

Ronald Reagan and his wife Nancy were all smiles after arriving in Miami from Washington, D.C. where he announced he would run for the office of the President. The smiles soon vanished when a man allegedly pulled a toy pistol on Reagan. Secret Service agents jumped the man and took him away with the Reagans unharmed.
