Actress Suzy Parker was injured and her father, George Leften Parker, 63, was killed in collision between their auto and a freight train in St. Augustine, Florida, yesterday. Miss Parker, whose married name is Mrs. Pierre Lasalle, was hospitalized with fractures of both arms.
