1960 Press Photo Author Dr. Reinhard Luthin of "The Real Abraham Lincoln"

The Real Abraham Lincoln by Dr. Reinhard Luthin, an authoritative one-volume biography of the 16th President of the United States, will be published December 9 by Prentice-Hall. Dr. Luthin, a long-time student of Lincoln history, has based his narrative on records and diaries of the time. He also has relied heavily on the 194-volume Robert Todd Lincoln collection of Lincolniana, which became available to scholars several years ago.
