Joyce Mathews, for three years spouse of millionaire producer Billy Rose, smiles faintly as Judge Ignacio Martinez Aguayo of First Civil Court here accepts her plea in divorce proceedings against Rose. Joyce also former wife of Milton Berle, is flanked by legal aides, Jack Gerstein of New York, center, and Ronnie Delgadillo, rear. Tiny courtroom was uncrowded and most of passerby had no idea of proceedings. Her action was uncontested.
